At Astral Comics & Games, we want you to be completely satisfied with your apparel and accessories. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the apparel is unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
